Instructions:

Subscribe using iTunes
(where your computer is automatically updated when a new episode is ready)
  1. Go to www.iTunes.com.
  2. Click the "Free Download" button to install the iTunes software.
  3. After you install iTunes, click one of the buttons on the previous page. The iTunes software will start automatically if it is not already open.
  4. When the page for this podcast appears in iTunes, click the "Subscribe" button. The latest episode will download to your computer.
  5. On the Podcast page, double-click the file you want to hear. Enjoy!


    6. Note: MP3 files can be large (about 1 MB per minute), so you will probably need a high-speed connection.
